Privatklinik Lindberg: state-of-the-art hemodialysis center in Switzerland
09.04.2019
Kidney or renal failure often means that those suffering from these disorders must at some stage undertake regular hemodialysis sessions. Such treatment cannot be interrupted, making dialysis patients schedule-dependent and consequently, often unable to travel freely.
Privatklinik Lindberg in Winterthur (Zurich) has recently opened a new hemodialysis center and today offers such travellers the opportunity to benefit from high-quality care, while abroad in Switzerland.
The center runs 6 days a week and is equipped with state-of-the-art dialysis devices under the careful supervision of Dr. Andreas Knoflach, an internal medicine and nephrology specialist.
Particular attention has been paid to making the patient experience as pleasant and qualitative as possible. Not only does Privatklinik Lindberg benefit from premium hospital status in Zurich, it also provides eight comfortable single-room compartments specifically dedicated to dialysis sessions, in a welcoming, luxurious and caring environment.
Dialysis treatments are long and call for substantial patience. In response to this, Privatklinik Lindberg has made every effort to create a space with a home-away-from-home feel. Interior design includes two colorful saltwater aquariums to create a soothing and cozy setting, ideal for relaxation, reading or browsing news on courtesy tablets provided.
